- Perform analytical review and reporting on the consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statement (indirect method) for Asia-Pacific region. Frequency: 6 closing and & 2 budget/revision per year
- Perform analytical review on the consolidated cash flow statement (direct method) for Asia-Pacific region. Frequency: 3 budget/ revision per year
- Prepare and monitor monthly settlement and ensure smooth cashflow to meet daily cash requirement of the company
- Prepare and input monthly treasury report – HK & MO entities
- Perform analytical review and prepare monthly Asia Pacific Region treasury report for HQ review
- Implement Group treasury initiatives and cash management control for the AP region
- Maintain banking relationship. Support signing matrix changes and bank account opening & closure, BG application, KYC and compliance
- Insurance management: review and analyze insurance coverage and premium for the region, placing proper insurance for events and store projects, manage insurance claims with broker/adjustors
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent) with minimum 5 years of finance/ treasury operations experience from MNC is preferred
- Solid experience in treasury system and e-payment platforms
- Good at handling mass data and figures in multi-currencies; detail-minded; able to perform and prioritize multi tasks; and can work under pressure
- Mature, self-motivated, and independent
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills to liaise with internal and external business partners
- Good written and spoken in English and Chinese
