- Assist Head of Brokerage in implementing and executing business plans and initiatives.
- Develop innovative business concepts and oversee the continuous enhancement of the Brokerage channel sales platform, particularly for the brokerage segment.
- Manage sales activities with team members, regularly assess the business performance of assigned accounts based on sales KPIs.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with partners and their key contacts to drive the implementation of new strategies.
- Recognize the business partners' requirements to unlock business potential and expand market share.
- Discover new business possibilities with prospective partners.
- Offer comprehensive support to key partners to capitalize on business prospects.
