- Building and nurturing media relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate the advertising and editorial plans. Coordinate placements and submit materials.
- Compelling eDM campaigns, managing distribution to targeted audiences, and analyzing campaign effectiveness for optimization.
- Website management, including content creation and edits and analytics.
- Special events such as congress, awards and stage performance, collaborate with partners and vendors, and ensure smooth onsite operations.
- Webinar activities, including invitation sending, marketing promotion, speakers onboarding, technical support during live/pre-recorded sessions and generating reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the events or beauty industry. Lifestyle/luxury or agency experience is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Technical knowledge of webinar platforms, particularly Zoom.
- Knowledge in WordPress, Photoshop, illustrator will be a plus
- Immediate available is preferred
- Flexible and initiative
- To work under pressure on tight deadlines
