- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with management, regulators, and external auditors to ensure a good understanding and information sharing regarding information technology risks in the banking sector.
- Conduct IT risk and control assessments to support the Chief Internal Auditor in developing risk-based Annual Audit Planning.
- Lead and oversee audits related to IT operations, infrastructure, development, risk management (with a focus on IT security, Cybersecurity, and Fintech), and regulatory compliance within the assigned audit portfolio.
- Perform specialized reviews and investigations as directed by the Chief Internal Auditor or senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Offer advisory services on technology risk management to business and operations management for new major systems, products, and special projects.
- Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to audit team members to enhance their skills, expertise, and the overall quality of the audit function.
- Hold a university degree or higher in Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields, along with professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 12 years of solid experience in information technology audit within the banking industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various computer and database platforms (e.g., MS Windows, Unix/AIX, AS/400, SQL, Oracle, etc.), network security, System Development Life Cycle, and project management.
- Solid understanding of Cyber Resilience Assessment Framework requirements.
- Capable of working autonomously, managing a small audit team, and engaging with various levels of management effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent supervisory and coaching abilities to oversee and develop audit staff.
- Experience in creating Computer-Aided Audit Tools.
