- Deliver excellent banking services and integrate our services into customers' strategic business development processes
- Use industry and credit expertise to manage a portfolio of commercial relationships across several sectors and proactively address any issues that may arise
- Provide one stop financial solutions by actively selling and delivering our extensive range of products and services to our customers while maximizing the wallet of the business
- Foster long term relationships with existing clients by providing market intel on industry trends, economic developments, and identify potential risks/ opportunities for clients
- Develop new customer relationships and work with our product specialists to identify cross selling opportunities and develop unique product solutions fit for clients' financial goals and needs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirement, internal policies, and procedures Requirements
- University degree with previous banking management training from an international banking organization
- Experience in large corporates, mid-market enterprises or commercial banking
- Experience in marketing, business development and general management of customers from a variety of industries
- Experience in managing portfolios of sectors such as Commercial Real Estate; Infrastructure & Construction; Commodities & Energy; Electronics; Telecom, Media & Technology; Healthcare & Pharmaceutical; Consumer; Services; General Trading; General Manufacturing; Textile & Garment; Logistics & Transportation is an advantage
- Customer driven with a proactive approach, strong sales and marketing orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience in structuring transactions using trade products
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
