- Install, maintain, and repair broadband lines and routers
- Troubleshoot and resolve broadband line and router issues
- Identify upsell opportunity and upsell additional products and services to customers
- Take shift duty and ECO
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Stay up-to-date on the latest broadband technologies
- Able to work effectively with customers and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations.
- Great teammate with strong desire to success and a result-oriented mindset.
- Graduate from a technical institution in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in broadband line provisioning and maintenance
- Proven experience in upselling products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CCNA or equivalent certification is preferrable
- Experience with fibre optic technology
- Experience with home networking equipment

資格:
• 畢業於電腦科學、電機工程或相關領域的技術機構,或具有同等工作經驗
• 3年以上寬頻線路開通及維護經驗
• 有銷售產品和服務的相關經驗
• 優秀的溝通與交際能力
• 有CCNA或同等認證者優先
• 具光纖技術相關經驗
• 有使用居家網路設備的經驗
Summary :
We are seeking a high calibre and experienced Home Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of broadband line and router provisioning, maintenance, and upselling techniques. The successful candidate must be willing to take shift duty and ECO, and must be polite, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
