- Partner with lines of business and functional areas to provide talent acquisition & onboarding professional services
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering & onboarding process
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies
- Source candidates from different channels including proactive search in social media
- Develop proactive sourcing plan for critical skill areas in order to build a talent pipeline
- Ensure data accuracy in Recruitment and other Human Resources systems
- Assist to devise & manage the talent attraction and sourcing initiatives/ campaigns with tracking mechanism
- Coordinate with Corporate & Regional Office counterparts to support in driving & launching new and existing TA transformation and innovation projects
- Assist to streamline processes and procedures as well as workflow including proper documentation
- Support in handling vendors selection, on-boarding and management
- Supervise junior team members in handling the team's operations
- Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- A minimum of 8 year's solid talent acquisition experience gained from both in-house recruiting team and/or search agency; experience in financial industry would be a plus
- Experience in sourcing talents within and outside HK to support business growth in Greater Bay Area is an added advantage
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate positive, collaborative and can-do attitude
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, fluency or native in Putonghua is preferable
- Proficient in MS Excel, strong data analytics and reporting skills
