- Graduate Recruitment Programme Management: Oversee the end-to-end graduate recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and effective operation from initial engagement to final placement.
- Employer Branding & Programme Management: Utilize your experience in employer branding to enhance the firms reputation as a top employer for law graduates. Manage various graduate programmes with a strategic approach.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Provide strategic advice to graduate recruitment partners across the region, including Hong Kong, China, and Singapore, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.
- HR Business Partnering: Act as a key HR Business Partner, supporting and guiding trainees throughout their training contracts and collaborating with partners to maximize the training experience.
- Campaign Delivery: Lead the Asia graduate campaign, aiming to establish the firm as the preferred choice for law graduates.
- Proven experience in graduate recruitment and programme management within a legal or professional services environment, particularly Big4, other global accounting, or global consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and their implementation.
- Ability to provide strategic advice and support to partners and stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple programmes across different regions, particularly in Asia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese being highly advantageous.
