- Be a champion to develop marketing communication plan ranged from through the line promotion, Digital or social media marketing and direct marketing, focusing on agency recruitment
- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategy from value proposition to segmented marketing to incorporate with overall agency recruitment strategies
- Generates idea and insight to derive marketing campaign, develop content strategy focusing on targeted segment to facilitate recruitment activities
- Act as campaign lead to drive core stakeholder involvement, including cross department coordination and agency engagement
- Ensure marketing initiatives in line with key business focuses and complied with regulatory, compliance and risk requirements
- Conduct market research and study trend on customer behaviour & preference, evaluate competitor campaign and program. Track and evaluate campaign efficiency ride on data analytics
- Lead external partners to ensure a smooth launch of campaigns and marketing communication initiatives. Orchestrate resources and ensure campaigns deliver within set timeline
- Manage budget to maximize the ROI derived from campaigns
- 6-8 years working experience in Marketing & Advertising agency, and/or experience in financial industry & reputable brand is preferred
- Successful track record of brand marketing, marketing communication and digital marketing - social media engagement
- Strategical approach and business focus. Hands on experience in campaign management, project leading and content management
- Analytical ability to derive observation and insights from data and translate into relevant suggestions
- Strong people and relationship building skills across internal stakeholders and external partners management
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- A team player, organized, reliable, dynamic and adaptive to changes
- University graduate major in Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines
- You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities

About the Role
Lead all aspects of integrated marketing communications initiatives to support promotion of AIA & AIAPA recruitment strategies for Hong Kong and Macau market
