- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Taxation / Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
- Candidate with professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent standard is preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience in tax or accounting field. Background from hospitality industry or accounting firms strongly preferred.
- Corporate tax experience, ideally with indirect tax exposure
- Tax advisory experience required
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple tax jurisdiction and awareness with global tax developments especially in China and Asia Pacific Region
- Experience in dealing with transfer pricing matters
- Good verbal and written communication in Chinese and English
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner with a willing attitude, resilience, and a team player with strong work ethic
