- Mentors, guides and encourages Front Desk Agents to build rapport and teamwork
- Covers overnight shifts of the Front Desk section
- Minimum of one years' experience in similar role would be preferred
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS System
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Overnight Front Desk Agent
