- Assist in developing and designing the hedging strategy, including exploring new instruments to optimize the portfolio in alignment with RBC requirements.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the hedging program, including monitoring the hedge position in accordance with investment mandates & investment guidelines/policy.
- Providing instructions for derivatives trade orders, liquidity monitoring, handle stakeholder communications for approval process.
- Involves restructuring of derivative agreements to optimize collateral strategy.
- Compile data and reports to prepare/create management materials.
- Support other duties to meet business and/or other requirements.
- University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related discipline.
- 5 years investment experience related to multi-asset portfolio management and / or hedging programmes.
- Self-driven, open minded, and fast learner
- Team player and strong stakeholder management skills
- Understand multi-asset portfolio management principles and liability driven business
- Proficiency in operational processes, insurance products and global market is desirable
- Having experience in derivatives is advantageous
