DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with a Multi Family Office / EAM with ~US 1.5bn AUM, they are rapidly expanding their footprint in Hong Kong, searching for multiple Relationship Manager / Bankers.
About the Rol
e
- Acquire High Net Worth (HNW) clients & manage existing relationships to promote full range of wealth management products and services
- Understand customers' wealth management needs and formulate appropriate solutions to meet the needs based on the customers' circumstances and risk appetite
- Provide appropriate investment advise to the clients based on their needs and risk profile in conjunction with the house views on various products and asset classes. Deliver highly personalized wealth management solutions and advisory services
- Conducting financial mapping of clients to analyze key parameters including risk profile, asset allocation, investment horizon and liquidity needs.
- Customize portfolio proposals for clients through allocation of client funds into products across fund, equity and other asset classes.
- Actively review and monitoring of client's AUM through timely buy/sell/hold calls triggered by clients' preferred allocation.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients and their associates' backgrounds, and proactively drive robust Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence processes as the first line of defense to fulfill all relevant compliance and internal requirements.
- Responsible for complying with regulatory compliance as set out by relevant authorities.
About You
- Degree holder in BBA or related disciplines
- 5 years of experience preferred with solid client relationship management skills
- Welcome candidates from private banks and wealth management industry
- Solid product knowledge (eg, funds, equities, margin financing, insurance, structured products)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills
- Determined individual who has a passion of private client service
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
