- Alert management and threat response based on output from cybersecurity tools.
- Provide L1 and 2 support for the team's existing security controls and tools, with primary focus on proxies, secure web gateways, and Internet infrastructure protection.
- Form an effective working relationship with the team's key stakeholders - IT Security team members, IT teams and business teams.
- Be the subject matter expert for some of the IT Security tools (Akamai, Cloudflare, AWS, Azure, Firewalls, Cloud protection, SIEM, ISE, RSA, VPN, Nessus)
- Assess proposals and services from a security point of view.
- Design and deliver new strategic security initiatives with collaboration from business partners
- Bachelor Degree in Information Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- 3+ years experience in IT security role
- Good knowledge of security principles and technologies
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest threats, vulnerabilities, mitigation and industry best practices
- Experience in performing security risk assessment and review
- SIEM/SIM skills
- Experience in CDN, WAF and other Internet protection solutions
- Experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
- Good Windows, Networking and Database fundamentals
- Hands-on experience in security products such as web filtering, anti DDoS, malware, anti-virus, DLP solutions
