- To support branch procedure update on information system access control management
- To assist and participate on system project implementation / rollout (included documentation review & preparation, functional test of system, system risk evaluation, define testing cases, user access authority and log review report) from system access control perspective.
- To support the enhancement on operational efficiency and provide recommendation for continuous improvement.
- To perform access control administration and periodical reporting for information systems
- To perform daily operation and administration activities on user authority application and reply user's inquiry.
- To issue the periodical user ID/profile review report and follow up the feedback and reporting.
- To ensure timely completion of user requests for authority maintenance with quality.
- To self-develop for continuous improvement.
- To support internal and external audits related to system access control management
- To handle any other tasks specially assigned by Head of SPRM
- Solid experience in user access management
- Solid experience in establishing operation procedures and issuing manual
- Strong personal integrity and careful mind-set
- Well organized and able to work independently
- Good communication skills with proactive working manner
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Diploma Holder or above (preferable in Information Technology related discipline)
- At least 1-2 year ISSA experience in banking industry
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
