- Set up and manage the CCP Derivative Clearing business for third party in Global Markets Department
- Supervise the customer servicing team with an aim to provide good derivative clearing services
- Work with the customer departments for customer acquisitions
- Develop and implement control frameworks, policies and procedures to identify, monitor and mitigate risks associated with the business
- Ensure the related services are properly controlled and comply with internal and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and supervision to team members with an aim to promote teamwork and collaboration with different stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience focus on CCP derivative clearing functions, 5 years at supervisory level is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong knowledge of related banking regulations and risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
