    Job Summary:

    This role involves managing company secretarial tasks for HKEX's subsidiaries and joint ventures in Hong Kong and the PRC to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

    Job Duties:

    • Provide company secretarial services for HKEX's subsidiaries and joint ventures in Hong Kong and the PRC to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
    • Manage the establishment and restructuring of group companies
    • Compile agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board/shareholders meetings, company documents, annual reports, and other corporate communications and filings
    • Supervise and lead team members
    • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all secretarial records, databases, and filing systems
    • Handle additional tasks as needed
    • Travel to other cities in the PRC when necessary

    Requirements:

    • Qualified company secretary with a minimum of 6 years of experience, or university graduates from other disciplines with at least 6 years of experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields will also be considered
    • Proficiency in PRC company compliance, statutory, and regulatory requirements is essential
    • Strong English and Chinese writing skills required. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must
    • Thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the PRC and familiarity with Listing Rules is crucial
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high sense of accountability
    • Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail
    • Proactive in driving and managing projects independently
    • Experience in handling internal and external stakeholders
    • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Associate position
