- Handle customer's enquiries & hotel reservations
- Upsell vocation package via incoming calls
- No need to make warm/cold calls
- Perform shift duties within 09:00 – 21:00 including weekends and public holidays
- 5-day work per week
- Form 5 Graduate or above
- Strong interpersonal and selling skills with good telephone manner
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
