- Using digital tools to handle sales inquiries from potential customers, such as email, chat, social media, and providing feedback on the effectiveness of these tools.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, while also meeting or exceeding personal and team sales targets.
- Executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, and achieving those targets
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner, while also tracking service metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance and service quality.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service metrics, and providing regular reports to management on performance and progress towards goals.
- Form 5 / Form 6 HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above
- Customer focused and result oriented with problem solving skills
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English
- Good knowledge in software application
- Familiar with social media channels
- Knowledge on PC software applications an advantage

- 或 葵涌KC100 (*11月會轉至九龍灣啟匯, 提供接駁巴士往返牛頭角, 紅磡, 油塘地鐵站及九龍灣Mega Box)
工作時間: 每週工作5天, 48小時, 輪更制
職責:
• 於網上宣傳平台尋找潛在顧客,主動推廣服務及產品優惠
• 致力提供良好客戶服務,並透過各種網上渠道,例如Facebook、即時通訊軟體、論壇、電郵、在線聊天、及其他社交媒體平台
• 跟從規定及程序處理工作,適時跟進及完成整個工作流程
• 以專業態度履行職務,並時刻保持公司形象
• 按需要協助處理其他工作
工作要求:
• 香港中學會考或文憑或以上
• 具良好中英寫作能力
• 具良好的粵英口語溝通能力
• 主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售
