- Implementation of Overseas Branch Office & Data Center Network Infrastructure
- Responsible for supervising, planning, construction, operating and maintenance of cloud infrastructure
- Overseas planning & support (Provide network troubleshooting and fault analysis. Perform system upgrade including patches and configurations)
- Monitor Overseas office network performance and apply security policy proactively
- Vendor management
- Degree holders in information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Qualified on one or more of NSE, CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, HCNP, HCIA, HCIP
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in network support for Engineer position
- Experience in Overseas Infrastructure Development
- Experience with Cloud (e.g Aliyun, Azure, AWS)
- Wireless, Switches, Routers, Firewall, VPN, SDWAN, Load Balancer,
- Video Conference and IP PABX
- Hands-on experience of network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Experience in Structured Cabling, Network Security, Infrastructure Design and Implementation.
- Proactive, independent and proven ability to work under pressure
- Good command in both spoken and written Mandarin & English
- Non-office hour support is required
