- Supervise and support Center Operations for Broadband and Data Services
- Take lead and manage network expansion, migration and network improvement projects
- Establish operation procedures for network and work practice improvement
- Support new service rollout and maintain operation acceptance
- Carry out regular network review and identify improvement areas
- Attend shift or 7 x 24 hours emergency support outside normal working hours if necessary
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 4 years' relevant experience in IT or Telecommunication industry or Diploma with 5 years' relevant experience
- Experience in Center Operations, Fault management and Customer handling skills
- Technical and practical knowledge in IP Networking, e.g. switch, router, firewall, Cloud, or SD-WAN, etc
- Knowledge of Operational Process Management (e.g. ITIL framework) is an advantage.
