- To manage a portfolio of SOE Oil & Gas accounts
- To implement strategy and action plans for the accounts responsible for.
- To evaluate and make judgments on the credit risk applications and to be personally accountable for portfolio under management.
- To engage in structuring of credit facilities, providing innovative solution to clients and cross-selling of full suite of banking products such as CCS, IRS, FX, cash management, DCM, ECM, M&A etc. as well as explore financing possibilities moving up the value chain to midstream and upstream.
- To negotiate loan and facility legal documentation, mindful of balancing protecting the Bank's interests with clients' interests.
- To have close cross-border collaboration and strengthen connectivity with DBS network, leveraging on franchise and product capability to increase revenue share, and to scale/ replicate across the ecosystem.
- To prepare/review financial proposals including term sheets and/or presentations
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant experience in sales
- Relationship management experience with SOE is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to make decisions
- Independent, self-motivated and strong team player with ability to work in multicultural team
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Relationship Manager
