- Manage HR operations procedures and performing payroll administration process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR system
- Provide support in day-to-day HR operations, such as leave management, employee transfer and off-boarding formalities, work injuries application, tax filing, pension administration, etc.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for part-time employees, and responsible for calculation of final payment of leavers
- Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to different functions within the team
- Communicate with both internal and external parties for daily business coordination
- Support departmental work and other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
- At least 2+ years solid C&B experience in sizable organization, with experience in Payroll processing is a plus
- Good understanding in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge / experience in using HRIS software is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed-minded, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
