    Responsibility

  • Handle product rates and quotations
  • Maintain relationship and responsible for the negotiation with carrier / vendors.
  • Market study and evaluation with different service levels and different gateways. Monthly report of Carriers/Vendors cost analysis/Spot Rate success ratio.
  • Responsible for daily business operation analysis, include but not limited to following items: user behavior, financial performance, development quality, etc. Generate business report based on above analysis
  • Collect operation analyzing requirements from different parties, build the analysis models, and help form IT system requirements to execute these models
  • Research for solutions to optimize products, reduce costs, increase revenue and improve operational efficiency through data analysis
  • Assist in the department budget management, monitor the budget progress. Predict the number of users, revenue, profit and other operational indicators to provide assistance for business decision-making.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Requirement Analysis and Gathering. Previous experience in telecom industry is a definite advantage
  • Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with new disciplines and projects
  • Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented with good business acumen, analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
  • Proficient in MS Office and word processing
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin, good command of both spoken and written English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Business Analyst
