- Undertake general legal research support
- Support drafting standard and non-standard legal agreements, including master services agreements, intra-group settlement arrangements and other bespoke agreements
- Provide support to keeping the Group Legal team up to date with legal and regulatory developments
- Support specific projects and initiatives
- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by legal counsel to meet operational and/or other requirements; understands that the role will evolve over time.
- Undergraduate with relevant studies
- Good English writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other technology
- Keen to learn and passionate in legal function
