- Coordinate internal meetings and take minutes when necessary
- Support the project team in any administrative tasks as required, including document preparation, scheduling meetings and managing project documentation
- Coordinate external communication and liaison activities, including venue rental, school student outreach, and guest speaker scheduling
- Assist in negotiating and securing partnerships with external stakeholders
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and seminars
- Provide administrative support to the project team
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
- Strong proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in external liaison and coordination roles is preferred

Part-time Project Officer

The appointee will be involved in a project that primarily focusing on using Traditional Chinese Medicine to promote mental health of Hong Kong youth.
This part-time position will help the project team in the areas of internal support, external communication and coordination for the project.
He/she will work closely with the project team to ensure the smooth execution of various tasks and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Responsibilities
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave and mandatory provident fund. Appointments will be made on contact basis for up to 1 year.
