- Assist Manager Project Management to manage resources and identify, monitor and mitigate risks; and to ensure projects are executed and completed on time, within budget and within scope.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders from various disciplines and external partners to follow up to ensure project are within scope and on track and plan solutions when needed for achieving the targets. Work out deadlines and responsibilities; and ensure resource availability and allocation; and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
- Monitor projects according to the agreed project plans and track progress. Coordinate & participate to Topline milestone meetings / Team reviews and follow up with the teams to resolve issues raised in the meetings.
- Act as communication hub for all development & delivery information with inside & outside stakeholders.
- Maintain, and continuously improve milestone / Highlight / Management reports and ensure data is accurate in informational systems.
- Degree in related discipline.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Good communication skills. Able to work in a fast-evolving environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Good project management and organizational skills to manage resources and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of English skills and preferably fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
