About the Company
Our client company is an international engineering solution provider with decades of success and as one of the market leader in the industry. With continuous business growth in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a Project Manager (E&M) to join their well-established team.
About the Role
As the Project Manager (E&M), directly reporting to the Line Director, you will be leading the project team to ensure the projects are delivered on time, cost quality and complied with the contractual requirement. You will be overseeing the end-to-end project solutions cycle, from vendor/contractors selections, tenders reviews, project execution and post-services care and maintenance. It is also critical for you to have a strategic way to manage, coordinate and supervise external stakeholders including the commercial sales team, construction & project department, sub-contractors and construction workers. About the Requirement - Over 15 years of experiences in mechanical/ electrical engineering, with prior end-to-end project management cycle in Hong Kong
- Excellent fluency in English and Cantonese to liaise with local and international stakeholders
- MHKIE/ MIMechE/ CEng Holder or equivalent
- Agility and flexibility mentality & mindset
- Prior track record managing sizable design & build environmental engineering projects in Hong Kong
