- Act as the primary point of support to corporate bank clients, to respond to clients' request for information and problem solution across TB products, including e-banking channels and cash management products;
- To deliver excellent and one stop service to clients, from CMS products introduction, implementation arrangement as well as post sale support to clients;
- Work closely with TB Sales teams and Coverage teams to provide a positive client experience that ensure client loyalty and revenue retention and growth;
- To coordinate amongst internal stakeholders to ensure all clients' service requests to be responded in a timely, accurate and client friendly manner;
- To undertake ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
- Written & spoken Business Japanese is a MUST
- Degree holder with working experience in banking or customer services, we welcome fresh graduate.
- Client focused and willing to go beyond the expectations;
- Self-motivated and willing to learn with a can-do attitude;
- Good communication, customer support and problem solving skills;
- Proficiency in both of English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- Comfortable with technology and MS Office applications.
