- Manage portfolios through business partnering, mobility coordination, diversity and inclusive stream support, and staff movement management.
- Support and maintain the internal HR system and projects
- Assist in performance management process and remuneration review
- Handle other HR admin areas when required
- Degree holder in human resources or similar discipline
- 3-6+ years of experience in HR gained in international law firms or the professional services industry
- Demonstrable experience of business partnering and adopting a solutions-led approach are high priority for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, personable with the ability to work with different levels of staff
- High levels of fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Experience using WorkDay HRIS would be highly preferred
- Strong team building capability with strong team ethic
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and networking skills
