- Build a deep understanding of the business to deliver business-aligned HR solutions that support business goals and objectives.
Develop a comprehensive talent strategy, supported by succession plans to ensure the current and future calibre of talent needed to support the business is in place. - You will be handling full spectrum of HR business partnering and operations including performance management, coaching, employee relations, engagement initiatives and exit interviews.
- Partner on the HR strategy to ensure smooth delivery of the full suite of generalist activities
- Responsible for HR projects i.e. Employer Branding initiativesskills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or other relevant degree
- 5 - 10 years' experience in human resources management
- Experience in HR analytic using HR systems and tools such as HRIS, Salesforce etc.
- Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impact the employee life cycle
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese
