- Bachelors Degree in Business Management / Communications / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Advertising / Public Relations
- 10+ years digital marketing experience, and specifically in Social Media and Content Marketing. Solid expereince in Xiaohongshu, experience in KOL marketing is a plus
- Proven track record of success and previous experience working in large scale or/ a complex organization with brand, sales, marketing
- In-depth working knowledge of social tools and platforms, paid social solutions, content marketing
- Expereince from tourism industry or Digital/Social Media agency are preferred
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills combined with the confidence that comes with functional experience
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
