- Vendor/ Supplier management

- System Administration
- Manage and monitor all warehouse operations, included receiving, storage, putaway, cycle-count process
- Ensure all stores activities (stock issue, receipt, return transfer and stock take etc) are correctly carried out
- Handling the inbound shipment to Hong Kong ordered by CRC Store and communicate with oversea suppliers
- Coordinate the order planning of horse feed between Hong Kong Store Team and CRC Store team
- Handling re-export shipment to CRC from Hong Kong via Road or Ocean Freight
- Coordinate the logistics arrangement with 3 party logistics service provider for warehouse, value added service, local and cross border transportation
- Coordinate with AFCD & Transport to obtain the Phyto Cert for export shipment
- Manage system record for the inventory in transit, vertify and handle the logistics service provider billing
- Assist to handle all system related matter, trobule shooting and necessary maintenance
- Support on system enhancement and development on store related function and perform UAT test after enhancement
- Diploma preferably in supply chain or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of international shipping experience gained from reputable and sizable companies such as shipping line or freight forwarder
- Hands on working knowledge of customs requirement, transit lead time and shipment trace and track for international transportation
- Well connected with key stakeholders and familiar with the international transportation
- Working knowledge of international shipping and transportation
- Knowledge on local Hong Kong import requirement, customs clearance by Ocean / Air
- Well communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Computer literate (MS Office) & prefer to have hands-on experience in Oracle and Warehouse Management System
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
