- Assist to develop, implement and maintain the safety management system and initiatives in Property Department
- Coordinate with site team in conducting risk assessments on operational activities
- Plan and conduct the safety trainings and promotion
- Conduct safety inspections to the project sites, workshops and facilities
- Conduct incident investigation and analysis
- Assist in monitoring the compliance with all relevant OSH legislations, and prepare the relevant reports
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) or related discipline
- Registered Safety Officer under F&IU Ordinance; Registered Safety Auditor is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years' post-registration OSH working experience (as Client or corporate role) in construction/FM industry; applicant with less experiences is considered as Safety Officer
- Holder of valid first aid certificate
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 is an advantage
- Good commend of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Good PC knowledge
- Experience in drafting operation manuals and establishing standards, guidelines and/or procedures is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and external parties
