- Support Sales team in providing solutions pertaining to Data Center / Colocation during sales cycle
- Identifies customer's needs and technical requirements
- Provides support to customers pertaining to global deployments of solution design and deliverables
- Support on project management and project handover to operation team
- University degree in Telecommunication / Electrical related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in Colocation / Data Center
- Experience in Telecommunications / Networking / Colocation / Data Center are preferred
- Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, Result-oriented, and Organized
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
