- Organize and coordinate resources of BIM Section.
- Establish, execute and manage the BIM implementation.
- Develop BIM implementation strategy.
- Develop BIM standards.
- Explore and Evaluate new BIM related software platforms and technologies.
- Develop project specific BIM standards and QA/QC.
- BIM Process Management.
- Degree in Building Service, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 8 years or above relevant experience in BIM / Architectural / Building Service consultant or contractor.
- Professional Member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling.
- Good knowledge of construction.
- Good knowledge of BIM software.
- Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM.
- Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently. Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
