- Create, maintain or amend BIM models
- Assist Designer in delivering quality BIM deliverables including but not limited to generate 2D drawings or schedule and documents
- Ensure the quality of models as described in the BIM Execution Plan
- Monitor change of model and make amendment
- Assist BIM team in meetings with external clients / inhouse design teams
- Prepare clash detection report and resolve clashes under the instruction from BIM Specialist
- Participate in international projects with fast-learning skill
- Perform effective communication with internal and external clients
- Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
- Higher Diploma or above in Architecture /Landscape Architecture or equivalent
- Candidates with CIC certified BIM coordinator will be an advantage
- Experienced in AutoCAD / Rhino / Revit
- Experienced in Grasshopper modelling would be an advantage but not essential
- Well organized and can work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
