- Monitor incident and service request queues, ensuring accurate logging, prioritization, and initial diagnosis
- Act as first point of contact for new scope requirements and escalations
- Compile monthly progress reports on support status and KPIs
- Prioritize tasks and projects daily
- Provide high-quality deskside support to end users
- Perform application/OS patching and data reporting using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- IT/IS degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years in helpdesk support, including 3 years leading a team of 3-5 agents.
- Proficient in written English & Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin proficiency advantageous.
- Experience on using SCCM
- ITIL V3/V4 certification required.
