- Responsible for the booking and provision of transportation; and ensure the limousine is maintained in top condition to achieve high satisfaction;
- Maintain close communication with the airport representatives and the on-the-road drivers;
- Supervise baggage storage whenever necessary and that correct records are kept, and all items stored are well-secured at all times;
- Take care of the Concierge Desk and provide personalized service to all guests;
- Handle guests' requests regarding airline reservations and reconfirmations; &
- Provide recommendations of restaurants and optional tours to guest as suitable. Requirement .
- Minimum 1-year working experience in hotel industry;
- Relevant education background;
- Independent & confident to work under pressure;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese; &
- Additional language would be an advantage.
