Major Duties:
(a)
To perform duties in respect of one or more of the following areas:
(i) Human resources management; (ii) Finance and supplies matters; (iii) General administration and workflow digitalisation; and (iv) Marketing, promotion and website maintenance; (b) To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit; (c) To assist in the formulation, implementation and review of operational policies, systems and procedures; (d) To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings; (e) To implement the quality policy of the operational unit; and (f) To undertake specific projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements :
(a) A recognised degree or equivalent; (b) At least 2 years' relevant experience at the appropriate level of responsibilities, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations; (c) Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, administrative and problem solving skills; (d) Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and effectively under pressure; (e) Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently; (f) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and (g) Good IT knowledge and skills would be an advantage

(1) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. (2) Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment. (3) The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours or outside normal office hours. (4) The appointee(s) will be required to perform duties in more than one location.
