- Identify business opportunities and promote other commercial banking products to maximize business growth
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service
- Develop relationships with business customers through outreach activities
- Manage new customer acquisition in strict compliance with all internal and external KYC (know your customer) regulations and policies
- Support the successful implementation of Business Banking strategies
- Liaise with other teams to deliver product and service solutions
- Identify sales opportunities and cross sell HSBC products to appropriate business customers
- Make business referrals to appropriate parties in HSBC Requirements
- University graduate with experience in customer facing role would be preferred
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Self-Motivated and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the commercial banking and treasury products and services is a plus
- Relevant insurance and investment licenses are preferred
- You must have obtained a pass in Mathematic and either one subject on Chinese Language or English in Hong Kong Public Examination in order to fulfill the license requirement
- Candidate will be assigned to one of the HSBC Business Centre subject to business needs
