- Assist project quality manager to establish, implement and maintain a documented quality management system to control all work activities of design and build project.
- Coordinate with designer and construction team for the preparation of inspection and test approval plan.
- Monitor the implementation status of ITAP.
- Collect and review all inspection records as set out in the ITAP.
- Assist to set up the workflow for all critical processes in design and construction stage.
- Conduct quality surveillance check to ensure supplied materials and workmanship in compliance with specification requirements.
- Issue non-conformance report to subcontractors/suppliers and follow up the rectification.
- Participate in conducting internal and external audit of quality management system.
- Provide QA/QC training to all levels of staff.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by project quality manager.
- Degree in Construction related subjects or equivalent.
- Chartered membership of professional institution is preferable.
- 6 years relevant experience in construction industry, preferably in large scale project of civil or building works.
- Participated in design and build project is an advantage.
- Conversant with management system development, implementation and internal audit (e.g. ISO 9001 or other management systems).
- Excellent interpersonal skill and proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Conversant with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
