- Windows Engineer to package, test and certify the firm's desktop software and applications.
- Work with colleagues and other SMEs to test, certify and ensure applications' functionality (both in-house & third party).
- Execute and support the migration of the firm's desktop environment from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Strong Windows Engineer with deep knowledge of the Windows Operating System, the Windows Registry, Active Directory and GPOs.
- Prior Windows migration experience (migrating from Windows 10 to 11 a definite advantage).
- Experience using software packaging tools such as SCCM, InstallShield, App-V etc.
- Knowledge of user profile management (Citrix UPM, UE-V, WEM, Appsense etc.)
- Automation and scripting using PowerShell and/or VBscript.
- Experience in testing and quality assurance / certifying packaged applications, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation of the software packages.
- Flexibility to work and implement the migration during out-of-office hours / weekends.
