- Coordinate Data Centre / Aggregation exchange projects, such as: work with design team, construction team and contractor to provide professional advice, technical and critical data analysis related to the overall system facility architecture
- Liaise with various parties such as planning, contractor, engineers, procurement for data center / aggregation exchange's facility services and fitting out project
- Prepare relevant method statement and working procedure
- Manage on-site services and on-site progress to ensure the projects are delivered on time
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Facilities Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experiences in E&M construction field in Data Centre / Telecommunications industry
- Solid experience in handling electrical power and cooling related to infrastructure systems for Data Centre / Aggregation exchange
- Good technical skills on E&M installation
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Holder of Certificated data center professional (CDCP) / Certificated data center facilities operations specialist (CDFOS) or above will be an advantage
- Candidate with less experience may consider for Facility Engineer
