- Lead and oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of a large-scale platform revamp project.

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage a team of developers, ensuring efficient coordination and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in application development.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in CRM implementation, with a preference for Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC) process.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to application development.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
