- Ensure the technology platforms incorporated are delivered and maintained according to project requirements and technical strategy
- Provide firstline and secondline supports of servers which may be caused by environmental issues, server hardware, and/or system software problem
- Perform physical and technical task in data center
- Prepare documentation throughout the implementation of life cycle (e.g., Technical Specification, Testing Script, and Training Material, etc.)
- Perform system upgrade, system patching, and quality checks on a timely basis
- Detailminded, proactive, logical, responsible, wellorganized, and a good team player
- 5 years' related experience
- Experienced and knowledgeable in: UNIX/Linux, Windows, Java, Cobol, DB2, K8S, Power Apps, and AWS Cloud service
- Willing to learn, explore, and like to think out of the box
- Good command in Chinese (Cantonese) and English
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant
