- Design comprehensive and engaging courses that align with the objectives of the HKFYG Youth Work Academy.
- Develop course content that caters to the specific needs of staff and the target audience.
- Ensure the courses meet high-quality standards and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal units and external organisations, such as educational institutions and industry experts, to establish strong partnerships.
- Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders to enrich the Academy's offerings and provide diverse learning opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and joint initiatives to expand the reach and impact of the Academy.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to raise awareness about the HKFYG Youth Work Academy.
- Promote the Academy's courses and highlight the benefits of pursuing a career in youth work.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, events, and networks, to reach the target audience.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Academy, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient delivery of courses.
- Carry out impact assessment on the training programmes.
- Candidates will be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) if job duties involve frequent contact with children.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be notified to attend a written test.
- Applicants who are not contacted within 3 months may consider their applications unsuccessful and the applications will then be destroyed.

工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Federation is looking for high-calibre and passionate candidates to join our coordination team. As a member of the staff training team, you will play an important role in establishing the Youth Work Academy and developing a structured model for internal staff training. Your responsibilities will involve leading a team to oversee the existing training programmes and introduce new training initiatives for the Academy.

主修科目 Study Fields:
Bachelor's degree in education, human resources managment, business adminstration, social work, or any related field.
知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong expertise in course design and development, with a focus on creating engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Knowledge of the youth work field and an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by youth workers.
證書、許可證及註冊 Certificate, License and Registration:
Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance is preferred.
- Non-social work professions are also welcome.
