    Our Brand Merchandising Department in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong is looking for a Brand Merchandising Specialist

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Support the implementation on the Triumph Asia Strategic Product Planning and Process which continuously provide opportunities and sources of growth , and deliver against the Corporate and Business Unit KPI's and Targets: support the Brand Merchandising Manager (BMM) in delivering seasonal and annual business target set and agreed with the SBMM (Senior Brand Merchandising Manager) within the responsible areas
    • Develop knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of financial management, KPIs settings and building profit and revenue, plus of technicalities and specifics to products and Segments, or Sub-Brands (i.e. ownership and expertise)
    • Build up knowledge and continuously implement the brand positioning and values across the business and within the organization (i.e. consumers and market place needs) which supports the BMM in their day to day business
    • Be part of the Brand Merchandising function, which delivers analysis, range plan maintenance, core assortment planning support, merchandising flow support, store training, sample process management, commercial feedbacks, Sku management, forecasting.
    • Participate in the preparation and organization of the Range meetings , including sample management, tools preparation, model casting, support during the presentations
    • Develop, monitor and maintain Asia product and pricing strategy tools, and competitors analysis .
    • Develop understanding of the female clothing market and the online business landscape to provide insights for consumer and market places and learn how to deliver competitive advantages for brand Triumph.
    • Be part of a solid collaborative team work across various levels of management and organization.
    • Partner and collaborate with Key Functions - Design, Product Development, Supply Chain and Brand Marketing – to consistently deliver against the Service Leader Corporate proposition: efficient processes, reduced time to market and unparalleled shopping experience across an Omni channel approach
    • Deliver and foster a collaborative, inspiring and energetic work style that promotes initiative and entrepreneurial thinking in line with the corporate shared values of honesty and trust.
    • Support on ad hoc projects assigned

    Your ideal profile:

    • Preferably 2-3 years working experience in Brand Management or Product Management in apparel / fashion industry (but can be in Beauty / Female related product as well)
    • Educated to degree level +
    • IT proficiency : Intermediate MS Excel skills specifically but not limited to using Pivot Table, VLookup functions, and charts
    • Understanding of and strong interest in the Fashion / textile environment with basic knowledge of brand positioning and trends, of competitive environment and consumer needs, and product
    • Ability to inspire via strong presentation & communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in an international company and multi-cultural environment
    • Fluent English, Cantonese/Mandarin or working proficiency
    • Well organized with multi-tasking talent
    • Flexible, creative, enthusiastic and willing to learn
    • Good Team player with strong interpersonal skill
    • Able to work under time pressure
