    Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of 'Brand and Reputation Officer')
    The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is looking for a dynamic brand specialist to ensure the University's external positioning reflects its strategic goals. This position will be responsible for (a) co-ordinating and strengthening the implementation of the University's brand and visual identity in accordance with the brand guidelines; (b) serving as a brand advocate to communicate with various internal units for ensuring their publicity materials are on-brand; (c) maintaining the web-based marketing portal, and managing brand templates, protocols and guidelines; (d) co-ordinating and organising the engagement activities with international scholars, KOLs and influencers for building the University's brand and generating positive publicity; (e) monitoring compliance and building a culture of best practice to ensure the appropriate use of the University's brand and visual identity internally and externally; (f) planning and executing branding campaigns with internal teams and external agencies; (g) making recommendations on the development of a merchandise strategy to build a portfolio of branded products to generate revenue and enhance brand loyalty among staff, students, alumni and visitors to the CUHK community; and (h) performing other tasks as required.

    Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related disciplines; (ii) at least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in marketing, advertising and branding; (iii) demonstrated experience in brand management; (iv) excellent communication and writing skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) a creative and proactive team player with a positive work attitude; (vi) detail-minded and able to work under tight deadlines; and (vii) good organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills. Agency background with in-depth knowledge in brand management and proven achievement will be advantageous.

    Applicants should provide at least three samples of previous work on branding/ digital marketing/ social media campaign, multimedia production or video production. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test in both Chinese and English.

    Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
