Project Co-ordinator II
The CUHK Campuses Collaboration Office (CCCO) is looking for high calibre candidates to join the Office as Project Co-ordinator II to implement collaborative initiatives between CUHK and CUHK(SZ).
Reporting to the Director of CCCO, the appointee will be responsible for (a) providing logistics support for meetings, events and projects; (b) providing support to preparation of speeches, reports and newsletters; (c) liaison and communication with internal and external stakeholders; (d) development and management of the Office's website and social media platforms; (e) providing support to office administration; (f) conducting background research and data analysis; and (g) performing other duties as assigned. Travelling between Hong Kong and Shenzhen (and other mainland China cities) will be required.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) an excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) at least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience, preferably in tertiary institutions; (iv) strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; (v) proactive work attitude; and (vi) the ability to work independently and as a team member. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a written test and an interview.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
